Registration is confirmed only after required participant information is submitted and payment is verified by JENECONK staff, unless a programme is expressly marked as free or sponsored.

Participants are expected to attend on time, follow facilitator instructions, respect other participants, and use digital tools responsibly during the training.

JENECONK may refuse or withdraw participation where conduct, safety, false information, unpaid fees, or breach of programme rules affects the training environment.

Training materials, slides, prompts, templates, and resources provided by JENECONK remain the intellectual property of JENECONK unless otherwise stated. They may not be resold or repackaged without written permission.

Certificates are issued based on attendance, completion, and programme requirements. JENECONK reserves the right to verify certificate authenticity through its certificate page.

Programme dates, venue, content order, facilitators, and delivery format may be adjusted where necessary. Registered participants will be notified of material changes.
