Refund Policy

Refund and Transfer Policy

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and transfers are handled for paid JENECONK AI Academy programmes.

Confirmed payments reserve a participant seat for the selected programme. Where a participant cannot attend, they should notify JENECONK as early as possible.

Refund requests made before the stated programme deadline may be reviewed and approved subject to administrative costs already incurred. Late refund requests may not be approved where materials, logistics, venue, or seat allocation have already been committed.

Where possible, JENECONK may allow a paid participant to transfer the seat to another eligible participant or move the payment to a future programme.

If JENECONK cancels a paid programme and no suitable alternative date is accepted by the participant, a refund or credit may be processed.

Refund timelines may depend on bank processing time and internal verification.
