For programmes involving minors, parent or guardian consent is required before participation. Emergency contact information may also be requested.

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward facilitators and other learners. Bullying, harassment, unsafe conduct, or misuse of digital tools will not be tolerated.

Facilitators will guide participants on responsible technology use, online safety, privacy, misinformation, and ethical use of AI tools.

Parents and guardians should inform JENECONK of any special needs, safety concerns, or relevant support requirements before the programme starts.

Photography, video recording, or public use of participant images will follow the media consent position provided by the parent, guardian, or participant where applicable.
