Photo, Video, and Media Consent

JENECONK may take photos or short videos during training for attendance documentation, reporting, promotion, testimonials, and programme records.

For minors, parent or guardian consent should be obtained before identifiable photos or videos are used publicly for promotional purposes.

Media may be used on JENECONK websites, flyers, social media pages, proposals, reports, and future training materials.

Participants or parents who do not want identifiable images used publicly should inform JENECONK before or during registration.

JENECONK will make reasonable efforts to respect media restrictions communicated before publication.
