FAQ
Common questions before registration.
Answers for parents, participants, churches, schools, and organizations preparing for a JENECONK AI Academy programme.
Who can register?
Each programme page states its target audience. Some programmes are for children or teenagers, while others are for church administrators, teachers, parents, professionals, or organizations.
What age group is accepted for teen programmes?
The exact age range depends on the programme. AI Discovery Camp is designed for younger learners, while AI Creator Camp is for older teenagers. Parents should check the programme page before registration.
Do participants need coding experience?
No. Our beginner and productivity programmes do not require coding. Participants are guided step by step with practical examples and safe use instructions.
Do participants need a laptop?
A laptop gives the best hands-on experience. Some activities can be done with a smartphone, but where a laptop is strongly recommended, it will be stated in the programme instructions.
What should participants bring?
Participants should come with a charged phone or laptop, charger, notebook, pen, and any other item listed in the confirmation message for that programme.
Where will the training hold?
The venue for each programme is displayed on the programme page or communicated directly after registration. Private trainings can also be delivered at a church, school, office, or agreed venue.
Are meals included?
Meals, snacks, or refreshments depend on the specific programme package. This will be clearly stated in the programme information or confirmation message.
Will certificates be issued?
Yes. Certificates may be issued to participants who complete the required attendance and practical activities for the programme.
How is payment confirmed?
Payment is reviewed manually by JENECONK staff after registration and submission of the transfer reference. Confirmation is usually sent through WhatsApp or the contact details provided.
How long does payment confirmation take?
Most payment confirmations are handled as soon as possible during working hours. If payment has not been confirmed after a reasonable time, participants should contact us on WhatsApp.
Can a church, school, or organization book a private training?
Yes. Private and group trainings can be arranged for churches, schools, ministries, teams, departments, and organizations.
Is AI safe for teenagers?
Our teen programmes include responsible AI use, online safety, privacy, misinformation awareness, digital ethics, and guidance on when not to use AI.
Will parents be involved?
For programmes involving minors, parents or guardians may be required to provide registration details, consent, emergency contact information, and media consent preferences.
What is the refund policy?
Refund terms depend on the programme and timing of cancellation. Please read the Refund Policy page and contact JENECONK early if there is a payment or attendance issue.
Can participants register at the venue?
Walk-in registration may not be available when seats are limited. Online registration and payment confirmation are recommended before the programme date.
